The set (both packets) at 19.99 from Holland and Barret with a buy one get one half price offer! You get 14 day time teas which taste amazing! You also get 7 bedtime cleanse teabags which also taste good but they take some getting used to! You take a morning tea every morning and you take your bedtime cleanse every other day starting from the first day.It suggest that you take this alongside a healthy diet and exercise for the best results. They also provide a  free meal plan on their website. However it excludes meat and poultry from your diet.

I have done bootea before, but I lost my diary when I broke my phone (silly Beth). So I am doing it again with Alex. I didn't have great results partly because of my bad eating habits and lack of gym going.

My Dairy

Starting Weight: 66kg, 10st 3 pounds, 145  pounds
*sorry no pictures I'm not brave enough!

Start Day: Tuesday, 17th of March 2015.
In the gym we always started and finished with 20 of cardio on the cross trainer. I had my own fitness plan if you want it I will send it to you. We maintained a healthy diet eating only fish and no meat like is suggest in the diet. We did the breakfast for a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a poor person. Basically we had a big breakfast with out bootea and medium lunch and a small dinner. No fizzy drinks were consumed (ooo fancy word). We used artificial sweeteners so no sugar.

End weight:64.1 kg,10st 1p,141Pounds

I did drink some green tea throughout the day that I didn't add in my diary. I also drank 1.5 litres of water a day. I did notice around day 5 that my skin did start to clear up.I think if I didnt skip some days at the gym and have naughty days then I would have lost more weight. I loved bootea it tastes great and makes you feel amazing!

Have you tried Bootea? Did this help you decide if it was good for you? Comment below I would love to hear your thoughts.

Easter treat week: Day 1

As I'm sitting here with my cuppa and Once upon a time on netflix, I have an epiphany! I'm taking a week of not doing any uni work so I thought why not have a treat week?! It's also Easter so it also make a great excuse to make goodies!

Cute Mini Egg cupcakes

All you need.
110g Self raising flour, 110g butter, 110g caster sugar, 2 eggs, 1tsp vanilla extract, 2 tubes of mini eggs( I ran out using 1), Vanilla butter cream icing, Milk as you go.

Add the butter and sugar together.

Mix together till it looks like this.

Beat in the eggs and add the vanilla extract and mix

Fold in the flour, and add a bit of milk till it has a dripping effect.

Until it looks like this.

Set up your tray.
Fill each cup halfway and then bake in the oven for 1-15 minutes at 180.

Take out and let cool I do it next to the window to get it done faster!

And decorate! For the icing I added a little green food colouring. I used the knife and dabbed the icing to make the grass effect.

Tell me what you think and send me pictures of your creations!

Full House

What it's like living in a uni house.

Starting with my house. The first day was okay. You just get to know each other. Its great being able to go on a night out with a big group of girls (I live with 6 girls). You all get ready together, asking each other what your going to wear and little things like that. You may think that shower schedules and toilet schedules may be a hassle, but no it's been no problem at all. In the beginning you get to know each others bad habits, but you will get used to that and kind of ignore it later on.
I did find that throughout the year we did kind of find our groups and spent more time with the people in our group. Girls being girls we do argue and disagree. There may be a bit of bitchiness coming from both sides. Honestly it happened in my house, but gladly we are over it now.

Make friends with the house next door. Definitely if you share a back garden like we do. We bought a table the first week that we all used to sit and pre-drink or eat on. The house next door is a boys house so they didn't have as much how do I put it? trouble as we did with bitchiness and separation. Their just so laid back.
I originally chose a single room with an en-suite bathroom, and your own kitchen, but I'm glad I didn't get it or I wouldn't have had this experience. I also wouldn't have meet so many people. Living in a house also got rid of that awkwardness of finding people to go out with on the first day, we just go out as one big group (both houses together). I honestly love living in a uni house!
You will make really good friends in University some not as close as others but friends all the same.
So enjoy uni and don't waste your first year on arguments and living in a house where no one talks to each other (yes, it got that bad). Youll get on with your housemates you may have ups and downs, but thats life. Its a great experience.
